The Company does not disclose or provide personal data to third parties, except to its contractors and/or when any of the conditions listed below are met:

2) The data are disclosed or provided in ways in which the Individual cannot be identified, such as in the form of statistical data.
3) The disclosure or provision is required by law.
4) The disclosure or provision is required to protect human life, limb or property, and it is difficult to obtain the Individualfs consent.
5) A national, regional or local government, etc. requires the Individualfs cooperation in the performance of public duties, and obtaining the Individualfs consent would hamper the performance of the duties.
6) The personal data are to be shared with a specified person, and the Individual or the public has been notified in advance regarding the items of personal data to be used jointly, the scope of persons who will use the personal data jointly and the identity of the person responsible or management of the purpose of use.
If the Individual requests the disclosure of the Individualfs personal data held by the Company, upon confirming that the person requesting the disclosure is the Individual, the Company provides the information within a reasonable time-frame and scope.
If the Individual requests correction, supplementation or deletion of the Individualfs personal data held by the Company, upon confirming that the person requesting the correction, supplementation or deletion is the Individual, and if the information held differs from the truth, the Company corrects, supplements or deletes the information within a reasonable time-frame and scope.
If the Individual requests the suspension of use or elimination of the Individualfs personal data held by the Company, upon confirming that the person requesting the suspension of use or elimination is the Individual, the Company suspends use of or eliminates the information within a reasonable time-frame and scope. The individual is asked to understand that said suspension of use or elimination, in whole or in part, may unintentionally result in the Companyfs inability to provide service in accordance with the Individualfs wishes. (In some cases the Company may be unable to comply with the Individualfs request for suspension of use or elimination of the Individualfs personal data held by the Company, in accordance with related laws and regulations.)
